Some wise questions from Brian Willis: Are You Ready?

I got these wise words or better yet "critcal questions" from the Brian Willis, newsletter W.I.N. (WHATS IMPORTANT NOW) we should all consider asking before you answer a question we often keep internal "Are You Ready?"

"To every man, there comes in his lifetime that special moment when he is tapped on the shoulder and offered the chance to do a very special thing, unique and fitted to his talents. What a tragedy if that moment finds him unprepared and unqualified for the work that would be his finest hour." ~Winston Churchill

  • What are you doing to be prepared and qualified for that moment?

  • What are you doing every day to ensure you are always better tomorrow than you are today?
  • What are you reading?
  • What are you thinking?
  • What are you writing?
  • Who are you hanging out with?
  • What questions are you asking of yourself and others?
  • How are you spending your free time?
  • What courses, conferences and seminars are you attending?
  • You do not know when that tap on the shoulder will come.

In the immortal words of Suga Free (no I do not listen to his music): "If stay ready, you ain't got to get ready."
